AWESOME NEWS!!!

My School voted for ME to be the next secretary for my MENC CHAPTER 504!!!

WHAHOOO!! I am so excited..this is my first Political Office!! It's Soo Cool When People Believe in You..and College is the first time...that a lot of people really believed in ME...I feel so Loved =]...

I have a lot of ideas for improving my MENC chapter ..on paper these ideas seem good I don't know how well they will be when I try to enact them..but We'll See...I AM SOOOOO EXCITED!!!! SOO MUCH POTENTIAL..FOR A WONDERFUL MENC SEASON NEXT TERM..I CAN'T WAIT!!

-PLUS. [Imani] is trying to start a chapter of MU PHI EPSILON at our school..so hopefully that should start next term..VERY EXCITING!!!

-Even though I haven't made many posts --I have been visiting this site and reviewing past entries..reflecting ..on how I've grown as a person....

Actually i'm rather pleased with the support I've received from you guys...

I would Like to thank all the people who really care - I would not be the same without YOu..

-P.S. Today was Sort of Surreal...

I went to school to practice for my singing final..worrying that I would not have a free practice room or piano to practice on..when I got to school there must have been at least a100 baby grands and uprights lining the hallways of my school..It WAS VERY COOL...=]

-Because some people make stupid comments when they post..I will not allow comments to be posted anymore..If You have something intelligent to say..You can write it in the non- xanga guestbook above..[or comment about it on my private Xanga site] This site is a memorial..I don't want to dishonor Mr.Leone's memory would stupid people's comments] however I will continue to update and make posts..as I have time and when I have new music things to say..thanks once again to all who care..

Actual Conversation In Wind Ensemble Class

Situation: members of wind ensemble are tuning their instruments to a machine..and Somebody is holding the machine and telling them whether they are in tune or not..

person # 1: Great News!

person #2: What? you mean I'm perfectly in tune?

person #1: No, you're way Flat... I just saved a bunch of money by Switching to Geico...

today was a sucky day ..Mondays usually are.. [sigh] at least its a three day week..and...so is next week..Brighter Days are Ahead [i can feel it]

I'm at school right now..[no i'm not cutting class..I just finished class for the day...today was extremely tough..new parts given out in Wind Ensemble..singing class..really hard today..tough exercises..really challenging..its good though..=]

-I Think the guy's name is Matt [ saxophone..not trumpet Matt..different Matt] hehe..at first impression i didnt like him..but he was super funny this morning in wind ensemble and singing..HAh.recounting our old high school band memories..=] Lots of laughs...Hehe

Good Memories...

- This morning in windensemble there was a tuner incident..MUAHAHA..some people borrowed my tuner to tune the whol band and they didn't know hoe to use it and we wasted a half and hour just tuning!! ARGH.. stupid people suck hehe

-Saw Ever After Last night..again....and Finally Taped "You've Got Mail" =] great movies!!

-American Idol-- I now watch the show to give me confidence..HEHE..I think I will tape the episodes...Lol..and when I become a JHS teacher show them at auditions and say if this is you..Please you the exit..MUAHAHA..=] remember Helping out at Bayside Auditions..and all those stupid people?HAHA

The reason why so many weird noises comes out of the business end of saxophones is that Mr. Sax never issued any instructions on how to use them. Contrary to popular belief the saxophones are percussion instruments and meant to be beaten by hammers.
